Extraction speed determines how much of your property survives a water loss. Our Water Extraction crews arrive with truck-mount units built to pull water fast, not just a shop-vac and a hope.

We measure extraction success with a moisture meter, not a visual check, because a floor can look dry on top while the material underneath is still saturated.
None of this is unique to a big loss either — the same standard applies whether it's a single-room water extraction call or a larger one.
We built this list around what typically goes wrong when water extraction gets handled by a generalist rather than a specialist.
None of these standards are unique to us in theory, but they're worth confirming before you let anyone start water extraction work on your property.
Our trucks carry commercial extraction equipment that outperforms portable units on every metric that matters.
We don't call extraction complete until the meter confirms it.
Crews staged near Itasca mean less drive time between your call and equipment on-site.
No surprise per-gallon charges — the quoted rate is the rate you pay.
We don't treat water extraction as a single generic task — each part of the process below gets its own specific approach.
Truck-mount units remove standing water first, prioritized ahead of any secondary cleanup.
Specialized extraction wands lift water from between hardwood boards without forcing more moisture underneath.
Pad almost always holds water longer than the carpet surface, so we test and extract both separately.
Concrete slabs absorb and hold moisture differently than wood subfloor, which changes our extraction approach.
We flag which contents are worth extraction versus replacement before starting work.
A final moisture meter pass confirms extraction actually reached target levels before we leave.
This is the same sequence every water extraction job follows, regardless of size.
You call +1-844-578-1604 and a live dispatcher takes the details of your Water Extraction need, not a voicemail system.
Local staging is what makes rapid arrival possible, rather than a promise with nothing behind it.
The assessment sets the whole plan, so we don't rush it even when the visible damage looks minor.
Work continues until the job meets our documented completion standard, verified before we call it done.
"The moisture meter readings gave me confidence the job was actually done right."
Grace T., Itasca"They tested the pad separately from the carpet, which I didn't expect but appreciated."
Nathaniel W., Itasca"Extraction from our finished basement was fast and they explained the slab-specific approach."
Bianca H., Itasca"The flat-rate quote held even though the job ran a little longer than expected."
Corinne W., Itasca"They explained why the pad needed separate testing from the carpet, which made sense once I saw the readings."
Julian V., ItascaIf your question about water extraction isn't covered here, call +1-844-578-1604 and we'll walk you through it directly.
Our water extraction coverage spans 60143, with trucks positioned to reach any address in the service area quickly.
Coverage extends past the immediate area, so an outlying Itasca address isn't treated as a lower priority for water extraction.
